SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on stock availability and your location our products will ship from different warehouses.

Please allow for longer shipping times during holiday seasons such as Christmas or other major holidays as local post offices will be experiencing higher volumes which may cause delays that are out of our control.

CAT CAVES AND OTHER HANDMADE WOOL PRODUCTS:

SHIPPING TIME: Our estimated shipping time at present is approximately 1-4 weeks due to the handmade nature of the wool products. We are working extremely hard to ramp up production and get your order out to you as fast as possible. Each cat cave is hand-felted with love and care so cannot be rushed. Rest assured your order is on the way as fast as possible.

If your item is in stock the shipping times will be as follows:

USA, Europe, Asia & South Africa:

All orders ship within 3-5 working days. Delivery time 4-7 days. 

Rest of the World:

All orders ship within 3-5 working days. Delivery time 7-10 days. 

If for any reason an item is out of stock, low stock or made to order you will see a note on the product page when ordering with estimated shipping times, so please do check this before ordering. However do not worry your order will still get to you, just please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery while we re-stock. Each cat cave is hand-felted with love and care so cannot be rushed.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:

Delivery time will vary depending on your location and stock availability, estimated delivery times:

USA:

All orders ship within 1-3 working days. Delivery time 7-20 days. 

Rest of the World:

All orders ship within 1-3 working days. Delivery time 12-25 days. 

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY:

Please note that all Cat Caves and Wool Toys are sent via courier and shipped directly from Nepal. Therefore you must provide a valid phone number for the courier company to contact you. You will also be required to sign for your parcel. We cannot deliver to a PO box so please ensure the address is a physical address. 

If for any reason the courier cannot contact you they will hold the package and try contacting you again for delivery. If they cannot contact you after multiple attempts and fail to deliver the parcel, it will be returned to us. In this instance the outbound and return shipment costs will be billed to you. Please note this figure will be a minimum of $30 up to a maximum of $50 depending on your location.

CUSTOMS & TAXES:

All prices displayed on our website are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. 

We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. 

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
